Historic Home in Downtown Greer Shop,Eat & Sleep

House was exactly as described. Cozy, comfortable and a quick walk into Greer. We really enjoyed it!

Great location to downtown! Plenty of space for sleeping, comfortable, host was easy to reach. Would stay again!

Hostess excellent communicator, Historic house nicely maintained,Good bathroom tissue purchased, very important; dislike thin tissue paper. Snacks, bottled h2o, spices, and coffee maker /w k cups & creamer. Foosball table; a hit, large front /w comfortable seating for 6. Cute holiday decor. Quiet street, large playground around the corner. Would recommend.

Tammy is a phenomenal and attentive host. The porch swing is my new favorite spot! 10/10 Thank you!

A great place to stay in Greer, But... Positive: This was a great house for our 3 family members. All imaginable needs were met and everything was in working order especially the heating system which kept us warm during the very cold nights. The house was clean and near a Walmart, restaurants, etc. Parking was next to the house and the price was fair. One issue however detracted from the overall very positive experience (see below). Negative: The property is located approximately 200 meters from a railroad crossing. Several times each night, trains blared their horns at full volume for about a minute as they approached the crossing, warning vehicles of their presence. The noise was deafening and woke us each time, with earplugs offering only partial relief. While we adapted, knowing this in advance might have led us to choose a different property.
